419 – فرم درخواست ها

نکته : جهت ارسال درخواست نام و TC خود را در قسمت نقطه چین نوشته و از قسمت مربوطه ارسال نمائید .

 

1-  اگر بعد از خرید نام و جایگاه مورد نظر در گروه شما نباشد به قسمت Genealogy Concerns  گزینه اول Missing TC in Genealogy Report  متن زیر را ارسال نمائید.

Please guide my and help why mr/miss …………, this tc is ………... bought one of the quest product but his/her name missed in genology and his/her name is not issued up to now , please do the best for me in a short time. Thanks

 

 

2- تعویض جایگاه قبل از ثبت : چنانچه به هر دلیلی شخصی را اشتباها به سمت راست یا چپ قرار دادید 2 هفته وقت دارد تا در شرکت ثبت گردد ، شما می توانید از قسمت Genealogy Concerns  گزینه Incorrect placement in genealogy report را انتخاب کرده و متن زیر را ارسال نمائید .

I am …………. My tc is ……...... I was shopping for won of my frend that I maed a mi spayed please just change my frend tc from lest to right\left. My tc frend is ………. He is ………. Please change this tc ……….. as soon as passibel befor it whil be eshot in sait.

3-حتما 2 هفته بعد از خرید جهت دریافت محصول ایمیل فرستاده شود .

قسمت Product concerne گزینه  product delay .

My tc is ……….. , I am ……………….., I want to ask you to send my product as soon as possible because it is too late and you have not send my product please send it to my shipping address soon.

4- تعویض محصول

قسمت product concerns گزینه  change product .

5- سه هفته بعد از خرید جهت دریافت  pincode اقدام نمائید.

قسمت commission concerns گزینه quest accunt pincode .

My tc is …………, I am ………………, I want to ask you send my pincode as soon as possible in this e-mail , and now I have ……………$ in my quest account , I enclose my ID for you too , I am looking forward for your answer , soon.

6-تعویض آدرس

قسمت  change personal information گزینه change address .

My tc is …………, I am …………., please change my old shipping address to new one my new shipping address is ………………. Zip cod is …………….. Please change it as soon as possible.

7- تصحیح نام

قسمت change personal information گزینه  name correction.

I am ……………, my tc is …………, I made a mistake while I  was typing my first name and surname . so I want you to change my name I mean that correct my mistake my exact name is ……………., you can check it you more sure form my id too, please correct it as soon as possible.

8- پیگیری جهت ارسال وچرها : یک هفته بعد از انتخاب شروع به پیگیری نمائید .

Please teii my soon why you have not send my voucher and it is too late , my tc is …………. I am ……………. I chosed …………….. it redption number ……………….. but up to now you did not any thing for shipping my product please send it soon as possible.

10- پیدا نمودن ایکاردهای خرج شده

Hi , I am …………… my tc is ………….. I want to ask you that in which day and in which date these detail e-cards used please tell me the exact date , day  year and exact tc it is very important for me and now I have lots of problem for these ecards. The details ecards ………………………..
