Subject: Committement to our IRs and Customers in Iran
Dear Iranian QN IR’s
and Customers,
Just 2 weeks have
passed since the end of our very successful V-Conference in Thailand where I
had the pleasure to meet many of you in person and discuss our joint business
interests. I was very glad to have this opportunity and hope that soon there
will be new opportunities for such meetings which will allow us to work even
closer together in the future.
Over the past several
days, the Press in Iran has been very strongly promoting anti QuestNet slogans,
in fact the press has also tried to create confusion and especially insecurity
on the side of our IR’s and customers alike.
Let me hereby very
officially inform you and assure you that – these rumors about legal
implications of being associated to QuestNet, earning commissions etc. – ARE
NOT TRUE. They are the work of a few people who are acting in their own selfish
interest but not representing the stand of the Government.
Please don’t
allow yourself to be mislead by those who are starting these rumors and blow
them up in the press!
We are glad to
inform you that our Lawyers have made some very good progress over the last 2
weeks and we expect a major break through prior to Ramadan ie within the next 2
weeks. Together with our professional and experienced Iranian Legal Advisors we
will reaffirm our legal status in Iran and move forward within the Laws of
Iran.
Let me also take
this opportunity to reassure you, that we at Quest Net in fact the entire QI
Group of companies is 100% committed to our IR’s in Iran and to solving the
challenges we and you are facing – no matter how long and what it will take to

فقط دو هفته از آخرين کنفرانس بسيار موفق ما در
تايلند گذشت . جايي که من از ملاقات شما انسانها بسيار لذت بردم . و درباره بهره
های مشترک تجارتمان گفتگو کرديم . من از داشتن اين شانس بسيار خوشحال شدم و اميدوارم
که ما بزودی شانس های جديدی برای چنين جلساتی داشته باشيم . اين شانس ها به ما
اجازه می دهد تا هر چه نزديکتر به يکديگر در آينده کار کنيم .
در طول چند روز گذشته مطبوعات در ايران شعارهايي
را بر عليه کمپانی کوئست رواج داده اند . در حقيقت مطبوعات تلاش مي کنند تا يک
سردرگمی و عدم امنيت را برای مشتريان و اعضای ايرانی ما ايجاد کنند .
اجازه بدهيد بدينوسيله بسيار موثق و رسمی به شما
اطمينان بدهم و شما را مطلع کنم که اين شايعات درباره مجازاتهای قانونی درباره
کسانی که به quest net می
پيوندند و پورسانت دريافت می کنند و غيره درست نيست . اين امر کار افراد بسيار کمی
است که در حيطه مقاصد خود خواهانهی خودشان عمل می کنند . اما نشانگر موضع دولت در
اينباره نيست .
لطفا اجازه ندهيد به خودتان که گمراه بشويد
بوسيله آنهايی که دارند اين شايعات را شروع می کنند و آنها را در روزنامه ها و
رسانه ها منعکس می کنند .
ما بسيار خوشحاليم که شما را مطلع کنيم که وکلای
ما در طول دو هفته گذشته پيشرفت های بسيار خوبی داشتند و انتظار پيشرفت و يک فرصت
بزرگ را در مهلت دو هفته قبل از ماه رمضان داريم . ما همراه با مشاوران با تجربه و
کار آزموده ايرانی بطور قطع خواهيم گفت که پيکره قانونی ما در ايران بسوی
قانونمندی حرکت می کند .
اجازه بدهيد همچنين اين شانس را داشته باشم که به
شما اطمينان بدهم که ما در quest net يا در حقيقت کل گروه کمپانی qi به اعضای خودمان در ايران 100% متعهد هستيم تا مشکلاتی را که با آن
روبرو هستيم حل کنيم . اما اين هيچ مسئله ای نيست که چقدر طول بکشد و چطوری حل شود
